Shipping & Returns
- Standard service for Europe and USA: delivery within 5-12 days.
- Rest of the world: delivery within 7-14 days.
Order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.
- Items can be returned within 14 days. If 14 days passed since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
- Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent with original packaging. If there is excessive wrinkling and damage to the bag, the return is subject to DENIAL.
- All items must be unworn and unwashed.
- If ANY item was washed and damaged we can’t accept it for return or exchange.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
- Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant cannot be accepted.
- Underwear can't be returned or exchanged.
- It may take up to 7 -10 business days for returns to be processed.
- A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to any international package that gets returned due to rejection, duties & taxes or incorrect address.
- All orders that received any additional gifts must be returned with gifts included, otherwise customer will be charged the cost of included gift from their refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 - 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Returning an item
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs of the returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If customer refuses to ship the product, refund will not be issued.
Depending on on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
